RATES TO HIRE OUR FACILITIES

LAPA: 

 

MEMBERS (minimum of 1 year membership required) = R800.00                                     

NON MEMBERS = Hire @ R1300.00

• Hire of Lapa includes 2 Braai's only.

• Maximum of 20 people allowed.

• Members and Non Members to please refer to opening & closing times.

HALL:

​

MEMBERS (minimum of 1 year membership required) = R1300.00.​

​NON MEMBERS = R2800.00

• A maximum of 60 people can be accommodated in the hall.

• Members and Non Members to please refer to opening & closing times.

HALL HIRE AGM'S/MEETINGS​

• R750 for the 1st hour.

• Thereafter a charge of R500 per hour extra or R2800.00 unlimited time based within 

       opening & closing times of the Club

Terms & Conditions for Lapa and Hall Hire

• Extended hours can be arranged  which will be crowd dependent (min of 10 people)

       and is charged at R50 per hour directly payable to the bar  staff prior before 8pm.​​

• The hirer is responsible for the cleaning up of the area before leaving.

• Hire of the Lapa is mainly for dishing up purposes.

• Fees include tables and chairs only.

• Full payment is required upon your booking confirmation  to secure the facility.

• On site Catering is available on request.

• Note: Cancellations within 2 weeks prior to event will be charged in full.

• Facilities are hired at a confirmed time of starting and ending.

Terms & Conditions of Premises

• Non-bowlers (including children) are not allowed on the bowling greens!

• Children must be under constant supervision. 

• No markers/poles/boards on and around the greens and premises are to be removed. 

• Consumption of liquor on the premises not purchased from Queens Bowling Club is strictly prohibited!

• Alcoholic purchases for off-site consumption is not allowed!

• No persons are allowed inside the hall unless hired and paid for.

• No parking in designated/reserved parking bays.

• Right of Admission is reserved.
